Necessary Information

If at any point of time, the Central Govt. further increases service tax, (existing rate of service tax), the extra amount of service tax will be borne by the student from the date of enforcement of the revised rate

Each lesson is checked thoroughly to rectify errors before it goes for printing. However, considering the large number of pages involved, some misspoints or errors may occur. In case you notice it, please inform the Centre Head. Please check all the booklets and pages carefuly. Blank or missing pages in the lesson must be brought to the notice of Centre Head with 2 days of receiving the study material by you. You can also write to jagatpg@gmail.com

• We do interact with/inform parents time to time in different modes as follows-
  If a student is absent for a day or two we send message for the information. In case he/she is absent for more than two days we call the parents for the same. So parents are requested to inform the Institute if student is taking leave/s for a genuine reason in form of Application/Email.
• Test marks are regularly sent after the Tests through SMS/Email.
• Parent Teacher Meeting- we conduct PTMs for discussing the performance of students time to time. Generally 3-4 PTMs are being conducted for each course.
• Walk-In PTMs – Apart from above mentioned scheduled PTMs, parents can meet with Faculties with a prior appointment as per their availability according to Time Table.

We also have outsourced conveyance facility. We arrange the meeting of parents and the concerned transportation authority. And they can discuss about facility and the charges. Institute fee does not include Transportation Fee

The Institute also provides Library facility inside premises only for enrolled students. The membership fee for Library is Rs. 1000 out of which Rs. 850 (Security deposit) is refundable.
